FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been processed (typically within 2–3 business days), it will be shipped. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes approximately 5–7 business days, while international shipping may take 7–10 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, so both should be considered when placing your order.

What is raw hair?

Raw hair refers to hair collected directly from a single donor, with no chemical treatments or alterations. It has never been colored, texturized, or steam-processed, making it completely natural.

Do you offer refunds?

At Milan Dionne, we prioritize both the hygienic nature of our products and the high demand from our customers. To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests may be honored for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Any other refund or return requests will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Milan Dionne reserves the right to approve or deny requests at our discretion.

What are the available shipping methods?

We currently offer Standard Shipping through UPS. For your security, all packages require a signature upon delivery.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim, as responsibility transfers once the order has been handed over to them. If you selected Route Package Protection at checkout, your order is fully covered against loss, theft, or damage. You may file a claim with Route, and once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

How often should I wash my raw hair extensions?

We recommend cleansing your extensions every 2–3 weeks, depending on product usage and styling habits. Frequent use of heavy products can lead to buildup, which may weigh the hair down and cause tangling or shedding. To maintain the natural beauty of your raw extensions, keep product use light and refreshing washes consistent.

How should I care for my raw hair extensions?

  • Before Installation: Wash and condition your extensions prior to install to refresh the natural pattern and minimize tangling.
  • Routine Care: Cleanse and condition at least every two weeks using sulfate-free, moisturizing products.
  • Night Care: Protect your hair at night with a silk or satin scarf or bonnet, and gently brush from ends to roots before wrapping.
  • Maintenance: Apply light oils or a small amount of mousse to manage frizz and maintain softness. Avoid harsh chemical treatments, as they may compromise the integrity of your extensions.

Raw hair is an investment, and with consistent care, it will remain healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting.
