All Sales Are Final
Due to the sanitary nature of our products and for the protection of all our customers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair extensions once they have been purchased.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at [your email address or phone number].
Exceptions / Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. If you believe your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and determine if a replacement is warranted. Replacements are only approved for unused, unaltered hair in its original packaging.
Unauthorized Returns
We do not accept unauthorized returns. Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
