Returns & Exchanges

At Milan Dionne, each piece is crafted and curated with precision and care. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we kindly ask that you review the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Not a final sale item (see below)

Any items returned that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

2. Final Sale Items

All sale, promotional, custom, bundle, or pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any limited edition or exclusive collections.

3. Pre-Order and Bundle Returns

Pre-order and bundle purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. These orders are fulfilled based on limited availability and customer commitment, and are crafted with exclusivity in mind.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if inventory allows. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange authorization. Shipping fees for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email support@milandionne.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

All returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving authorization. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
